These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SERPslice Client Portal (the “Service”), provided by SERPslice Inc. (“SERPslice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
SERPslice Client Portal is a client-management and marketing-analytics portal that lets authorized users manage projects and view reporting from connected marketing and analytics sources. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accounts are provisioned for business use by SERPslice and its clients; you may not share access outside your authorized workspace.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse access to the Service or any connected third-party API.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google services such as Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Local Services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and authorization to connect any account, and for complying with the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party data), is owned by SERPslice and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reporting data will be complete or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERPslice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
