Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SERPslice Inc. (“SERPslice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with SERPslice Client Portal (the “Service”), our client-management and marketing-analytics portal available at portal.serpslice.com. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash), and your role within a workspace.
  • Workspace and client data. Information you enter into the Service, such as clients, projects, tasks, time entries, and notes.
  • Connected third-party data. When you connect a Google account, we access read-only marketing and analytics data through Google APIs — Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Local Services — so we can display reports within the Service. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Usage and technical data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To display marketing and analytics reports from the sources you connect.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts and workspaces.
  • To communicate with you about your account, including service and security notices.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

Google API Services — Limited Use

SERPslice Client Portal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing reporting features within the Service, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Within your workspace. Data is visible to authorized members of your workspace according to their assigned roles and permissions.
  • Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Access tokens for connected third-party accounts are encrypted at rest, and access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may access and update your account information within the Service.
  • You may disconnect a linked Google account at any time from the analytics settings; doing so revokes our stored access and stops further data retrieval.
  • You may revoke our access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions page.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
